Schignano is located in the Monteferrato Protected Area at 450 meters above sea level, a holiday resort for the Pratesi people in the summer. The guest house was born in the seventies and was completely renovated and opened in July 2021 with the new name "Le camera di Mario" in memory of the last of the Tacconi family, Mario. Located in the center of the town 200 meters from the Church, near the municipal gardens, under the rooms there is a Grocery/Bar and a Restaurant/Pizzeria. Le Camere di Mario has 5 rooms, 3 of which with internal bathroom, air conditioning, TV, mini bar and 2 with external bathroom, TV, mini bar. One room has a sofa bed that can be transformed into a bunk bed for 4 people, in the others you can add a bed for a triple room. It enjoys private parking. All rooms overlook the panoramic view of the Bisenzio Valley and the Calvana Mountains. ​ ​
