The B&B Castellaro is located in an ancient building from the 1600s, belonging to a farm of approximately 6 hectares, on the eastern slope of Montovolo, the ancestral sacred mountain of the Etruscan civilisation, approximately 800 meters from the small town of Burzanella along the "Via of Wool and Silk”, of the “Via Mater Dei” and about 15 minutes by car from the very famous “Rocchetta Mattei”. The place is full of an ancient and peaceful atmosphere and is immersed in the wild nature of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, just 40 minutes by car from the seductions of Bologna and Florence, 20 minutes from the Rioveggio motorway toll booth and 10 minutes from the San Benedetto Val Sambro railway station. The B&B Castellaro has 2 double rooms expandable to 3 beds, a single room and 1 exclusive bathroom for guests, on the bedroom floor, equipped with a shower, in common use. Breakfast is consumed in the tavern located on the ground floor. For meals, in Burzanella there is a restaurant within easy reach (800 meters). We can however accompany travelers with our car. ​
